How Does Sending to Kaffee Müller Work?
Makes our repair service even more convenient! Send us your coffee machine from anywhere within Germany. We will create a free DHL return label for you, which you can use to send it to us. This is very easy in just four steps:
Step 1: Fill Out the Form
Click the “Contact form” button above. Fill out the form, then you will receive a DHL return label from us.
Step 2: Package the Coffee Machine
Next, you need to package your coffee machine. Please print out the DHL return label and attach it to the package.
Step 3: Send the Machine
You can drop off the stamped package at DHL or have it picked up by DHL. There are no additional costs for you!
Step 4: Receive the Repaired Device!
Our repair professionals will take care of your device and repair it properly. You will receive your coffee machine back in perfect condition!
In the event that Kaffee Müller cannot repair your machine, we charge €49 for the inspection (including VAT / excluding shipping).
You will receive a detailed error description in the offer, which you can use to commission another workshop.
